ADR Przewożenie materiałów niebezpiecznych (np. łatwopalnych) w transporcie drogowym uwarunkowane jest odpowiednimi przepisami. Nie jest tak, że każdy może przewozić materiały niebezpieczne bez posiadania właściwych uprawnień, ponieważ stanowią one ogromne niebezpieczeństwo. Dlatego transport towarów stwarzających zagrożenie reguluje tzw. umowa/konwencja ADR. Konwencja ADR ADR jest międzynarodową konwencją, która została podpisana w 1954 roku w Genewie. Polska
